This has been a real passion project, and we’re incredibly lucky to have an amazing team around us helping bring our vision to life.

Instead of focusing on the usual, we’ve created a menu inspired by the way Aussies do sushi. These bigger rolls are easy to eat on the go and designed to be flavourful, filling, and affordable, with quality coffee at the heart of everything we do.
